Requires integration of patches 000,001&002 from http://www.znau.edu.ua/temp/asus-rt-n16/2011-02-13T23-17/ Currently testing how to integrate patches into debwrt build.

Advice: Focus on http://wiki.openwrt.org/inbox/asusrt-n16 and even more on http://wiki.openwrt.org/inbox/asusrt-n16/wip

Great thanks for the advice, while those two pages aim to bring about long term support for this device these patches are the solution in the present time . I have accomplished creating a stable openwrt build based upon revision 26126 with the above patches. How can I change the debwrt settings to retrieve build 26126 instead of the latest?

Present time for Openwrt is revision 26869. A make openwrt/update will bring you to that Openwrt revision. In other words: The request How to go back?, is seen. The answer is Go forward''

This is untested, poorly written, but might answer the [*] question.

# do a succesfull build of debwrt, assuming in /usr/src/debwrt
cd /usr/src/debwrt/build/openwrt-brcm47xx-Broadcom-b43-trunk-default
svn info # shows that openwrt had more then seven hunderd commits since r26126
svn diff > debwrt_patches
patch -Rp0 < debwrt_patches # undo the debwrt changes
svn update -r26126
svn info # shows that you are at revision 26126
patch -p0 < debwrt_patches # re-apply the debwrt changes
# find a way to trigger the build of the openwrt part of debwrt

About the [*]: Frankly, I think it is a stupid question.

If I was stakeholder for the ASUS RT-N16, I would build a recent OpenWRT image.
