There are no mirrors I know of. From the emdebian mailing list:

Yes, as has been explained on the embedded-debian list we've had a
total server loss. A replacement machine (with better backup
arrangemnts!) should be up by next week.

....

Zumbi is rebuilding toolchains at the moment. In the meantime
http://wiki.debian.org/EmdebianToolchain#Buildyourownfromsources
is how to build your own.

Or use the buildcross. v0.0.7 has just been uploaded to experimental to
do it for you. (edit /etc/buildcross.conf to say what you want
building, then run buildcross -i to do the job (preferably in a chroot))

Our new server has now 'arrived' and is being configured as we speak
(well, we are arguing about how best to set it up :-)

Once there is something to actually serve DNS will be pointed at it.
hopefully later today, but maybe over the weekend.

Certainly no earlier than late tonight because the Grip packages need to
be re-sync'd from a machine to which I don't have access until I finish
work... and the website scripts need to be updated and and and....
