#18 closed enhancement (fixed)

cannot find usb-serial

Reported by: Erik Grootjans Owned by: amain
Priority: minor Milestone: milestone:
Component: debian/rootfs Version: 2.0
Severity: Keywords:

make menuconfig

In de kernel Configuration -->
USB Configuration

Alleen Wireless Kernell Modules

USB serial has not been compiled into DebWrt 2.0 kernel modules images. However in changeset 122 I added USB serial modules to be compiled by default for future releases. So they should be available using the build environment.

  • make openwrt/menuconfig
  • Kernel Modules / USB Support / kmod-usb-serial

In fact this should not have been filed as a bug as an enhancement request.
