Description

On an ASUS WL-500g Premium V2 has /etc/network/interfaces these lines:

auto eth0_wan       
iface eth0_wan inet dhcp

Doing ifup eth0_wan results in

SIOCSIFADDR: No such device

Bind socket to interface: No such device                                        
Failed to bring up eth0_wan.             

With ifconfig -a is the device neither visible.

What to do to get eth0_wan?

/etc/init.d/robocfg was not started.

my mistake,it is a bug.you can fix it by doing the flinowolg steps.edit archive.php ,find line 24< ?php endwhile; ?>change it to < ?php endwhile; endif; ?>then find line 62< ?php endwhile; endif; ?>change it to < ?php endwhile; ?>Done.Thank you and happy blogging.In next version,it will be fixed.
